1. 我们处理的数据 / Data We Process

健康与健身 / Health and Fitness

经你授权后，App 可读取游泳训练、距离、划水次数、心率、活动能量、出生日期和 生理性别，并可写入你主动记录的训练。开放水域模式会在获得定位和 HealthKit 路线权限后记录训练路线。

With your permission, the App may read swim workouts, distance, stroke count, heart rate, active energy, date of birth, and biological sex, and write workouts you choose to record. Open-water mode records workout routes after location and HealthKit route access are granted.

动作数据 / Motion Data

Apple Watch 使用加速度、旋转和重力数据判断划水、泳姿、休息与距离。默认仅保留 通过安全校验的派生特征；原始动作帧默认不保留。只有在你明确开启“记录原始运动数据” 后，后续训练才会生成原始动作 JSON。

Apple Watch uses acceleration, rotation, and gravity data for stroke, style, rest, and distance decisions. By default, only safety-gated derived features are retained. Raw motion frames are stored only for future workouts after you explicitly enable raw workout data recording.

档案与内容 / Profile and Content

用户名、头像、身高、体重、年龄、性别、训练计划、赛后修正和 AI 对话用于提供你 选择的本地功能。创建的是设备本地档案，不是云端互联网账号。

Username, avatar, height, weight, age, sex, training plans, post-workout corrections, and AI chats support the local features you choose. The profile is local to your device and is not an internet account.

2. 存储与设备间传输 / Storage and Device Transfer

• 训练记录由 Apple Health 保存。
• App 派生数据保存在配对的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 本地。
• 训练和派生特征可通过 Apple WatchConnectivity 在配对设备间传输。
• 本地档案和 AI 对话使用 AES-GCM 加密，密钥保存在设备专属 Keychain。
• 可重新下载的 GGUF 模型和暂存文件不纳入系统备份。
• group.yingying.shared 用于同一开发者且拥有相应授权的 App 共享加密档案和本地模型。

Workout records are stored by Apple Health. App-derived data remains on the paired iPhone and Apple Watch and may transfer through WatchConnectivity. Local profiles and AI chats use AES-GCM encryption with a device-only Keychain key. Apps from the same developer with the group.yingying.shared entitlement can share encrypted local profiles and models. Re-downloadable models and staging files are excluded from backup.

3. 网络与第三方服务 / Network and Third-Party Services

当前发布版本的云账号、云同步、远程错误日志和 Spark 在线 AI 保持关闭。 当你主动下载本地 AI 模型时，App 会连接模型托管方，例如 Hugging Face 或你选择的 下载镜像。模型托管方可能依据其自身政策收到完成网络请求所需的信息，例如 IP 地址。

Cloud accounts, cloud sync, remote error logging, and Spark online AI are disabled in the current release. When you choose to download a local AI model, the App connects to a model host such as Hugging Face or the selected download mirror. The host may receive information needed to serve the request, such as an IP address, under its own policy.

App 不使用广告 SDK，不出售个人数据，也不使用健康数据进行广告投放或跨 App 跟踪。 可下载模型的来源和许可证会在 App 模型中心展示。

4. 保留与删除 / Retention and Deletion

数据保留到你删除单条记录、删除本地档案或卸载 App。原始动作导出文件在 iPhone 最多保留 10 份或 14 天，以先达到的限制为准。

在 App 中删除本地档案会删除该档案的资料、本地训练缓存、AI 分析、AI 对话和徽章 进度。已经写入 Apple Health 的训练不会随本地档案自动删除；这类记录需要在 Apple Health 或 App 提供的明确删除流程中处理。

Data remains until you delete an item, delete the local profile, or uninstall the App. Deleting a local profile removes its local profile data, caches, AI content, and badge progress. Workouts already saved to Apple Health are not automatically removed.

5. 你的选择与控制 / Your Choices and Controls

• 你可在系统设置中撤回 HealthKit、动作、定位、相机或照片权限。
• 你可关闭个人 IMU 自动训练或原始动作数据采集。
• 你可删除单条训练、本地 AI 模型、AI 对话或整个本地档案。
• 你可选择是否允许使用蜂窝网络下载本地 AI 模型。

You may revoke system permissions, disable personal motion-model training or raw motion capture, remove local AI models and content, or permanently delete a local profile.

6. 健康与安全说明 / Health and Safety Notice

Go Swimming 是训练记录和一般健身辅助工具，不是医疗设备、诊断工具、治疗服务、 实时救援系统或溺水预警保障。App 的分析和 AI 输出可能不准确，不能替代医生、 教练、救生员或紧急服务。

Go Swimming is a workout-recording and general fitness tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic or treatment service, real-time rescue system, or drowning-prevention guarantee. App and AI output may be inaccurate and does not replace qualified professionals or emergency services.

7. 政策更新 / Policy Updates

如果未来启用涉及个人数据的云端功能，App 将在启用前提供额外说明并在需要时征得 同意。重大政策变化会通过更新本页面或 App 内说明进行通知。

Any future cloud feature involving personal data will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before activation. Material changes will be reflected on this page or in the App.
